Mix the jaggery with little water & add coconut sauté till the water is observed

Method
Boil water add salt & ghee
When the water starts boiling add the rice flour mix well till soft
Keep aside
In a banana leaf take little dough & press evenly to form a thin circle using oil
Add 2tsp of coconut mixture leanth wise & fold and seal the edges tightly
Arrange all the elai adai in idly cooker & steam cook for 15 to 20 mts
