chennai proper kurma




my mom teached me how to make yummy south side kurma

bec in mumbai masala is so strong and some people dont like so much heavy masala in there old age..so try this new kurma

Mixed boiled veg
For grind

Coconut
Green chilli
Garlic
Cashew nut
Method
Heat pan add oil &ghee bay leaf, cardamom then onion saute turn translucent add tomatoes,mix well.
Add coconut paste stir ,àdd chilli powder,coridander powder,garam masal powder.
Mix well add boiled veg &add water.Add salt.
Add fresh coriander &mint leaves.ready.


it goes well with roti , naan ,puri and with rice dosa also
