tomato puree paratha

1 cup wheat flour + 1/4 cup gram flour
1 medium sized potato (boiled and mashed)
1 big tomato (pureed)
3 spring onions chopped finely (i used only green part)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp omam/ajwain
Salt and water as required
Butter/oil to cook parathas
Method:
Mix all ingredients except tomato puree and water. Add tomato puree and knead to smooth dough. sprinkle very little water only if required. The water in puree should be enough to kneed the dough.
After 1 hr, make 7 big balls , roll them to required shape and cook in oil/butter. We had it with mango thokku and curd smile emoticon. Perfect for weekend breakfast/ dinner or even to pack for kids lunch box.
