corn/chola paniyaram

1 cup corn (white cholam)
1/4 cup urad dhal 

1 tsp methi
Soak everything together. Grind add salt and ferment. Add onions, seasonings, veggies of your choice, curry and coriander leaves and make paniyarams. A spicy chutney goes well with this.
