1cup basmati rice(rinse and soak 20 to 30 min)
2 bunches methi leaves (peeled, washed and cutted nicely)
3/4cup veggies
2 to 3 tbsp oil
2 onions
4garlic + 1inch ginger + 2 green chillies (crushed)
Cinnamon, bay leaf each 1
Cardamom 2
Salt needed
Dhania powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder each 1/2 tsp

Method
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
2. Add cinnamon,bay leaf and cardamom. Fry it nicely.
3. Add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.
4. Add the crushed garlic, ginger and chilli. Fry until the raw smell goes.
5. Add the merhi leaves. Mix it and keep it for 3 to 4 min.
6. Finally add the veggies.. Mix it and keep it for 3 min.
7. Last add the 3 powders.... Mix well and keep it for 2 min.
8. Add the drained rice and needed salt.
9. Add 1 3/4 cups or 2 cups of water.
10. Pressure cook for 1 whistle...

10. Pressure cook for 1 whistle...
