Mix maida with half tsp soda bicarbonate one tsp sugar pinch salt and one tsp baking powder and 3 tbsp curd and make dough adding very little water and let it rest for one hour then dust with little maida and kneed again for stuffing boil and mash aaloo add ginger grated chilli chopped coriander and masalas then stuff in maida dough and put in heated tawa and cook after removing from tawa add butter
