Dahi Idli Chaat

Mini idlis-6
Curd-1/2 cup
Milk-1 tbsp
Salt-1/8 tsp
Green chutney-1-1/2 tsp
Dates chutney-1-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Roasted jeera powder-1/4 tsp
Oma podi -1-1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves-1 tsp
Method
Take a bowl add the curd ,milk and whisk.
Pour the curd mixture in a plate and arrange the idlis.
Now add 1/4 tsp of dates chutney on top of each idli.
Followed by the green chutney.
Now sprinkle jeera,chaat ,and red chilli powder one by one.
Now take 1/2 tsp of oma podi place it on top of each idli.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
