Belgavi kunda

Full fat milk one litre
Sugar 1 cup plus half cup
Curd 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 sp
Ghee 2 sp
Dry fruits 2 sps
Method
Boil milk till its less than half. Add sugar 1 cup and curd 1 cup. Let it curdle...keep.stirring. caramelise half cup Sugar in another pan till its golden in color and add this to the milk . Keep.stirring till liquid evaporates. Add ghee and Cardamom powder and stir it a bit. Spread it on a greased plate and garnish it with dry fruits.
Don't store this in a fridge. It tends to harden.
