KALYANA RASAM

Take 2 or 3 ripe tomatoes of medium size and puree it.
Cut some into fine pieces and keep aside.
In a pan add ghee and roast toor dhal, red chilli, milagu and at last jeeragam. Grind it to a paste.

Cook 2 tbsp toor dhal in pressure cooker along with turmeric piwder.
Now in a vessel add tomato puree, turmeric powder, grinded paste, salt and boil on low flame for 8 mins. Then add the
cooked mashed dhal and boil and add water to req level. Keep until froth. Add the reserved tomato pieces and coriander
leaves. Garnish with mustard seeds in ghee. Gama gamakum rasam ready.
