THINAI DOSAI

Thinnai: 1cup
Urad Dal-Moong Dal-Toor Dal-Channa Dal- 1cup(equally divided in one cup)
Red Chilli: 4
Water to soak
Salt as needed
METHOD
Soak them together for 4 to 5 hours. Grind them to smooth consistency.
Add salt and mix well.
Make instant Crispy Dosas
