Wheat flour burfi

Wheat flour 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Elachi powder 1 sp
Water quarter cup
Grated copra and badam for decoration.
Method
Heat ghee. Add the wheat flour and keep.stirring till it turns almost dark brown in color. Boil sugar and water along with elachi powder till it reaches one string consistency. Add the sugar solution to the atta mixture and keep stirring till the ghee leaves the sides of the pan and it's like a lump. Spread this on a plate and just smoothen it. Cut them when still warm. Garnish it with copra and badam...
Indulge in it when still hot
