Paneer pockets

Make dough with maida little soda bicarbonate and salt And let it rest for 15 mins In between grate paneer little and small dices some paneer In that add salt pepper crushed and oregano little tomato puree and ketchup mix Then make patla big poori then cut small squares and fill this mixture and seal it with little water Then keep in freezer for half hour then Then make slurry of maida and water dip pockets in slurry and bread crumbs And few pods of chopped garlic in the mixture I forgot to mention
: Forgot to tell you should make dough with buttermilk And

chilli flakes in paneer mixture
