schezWAN fried rice,

 6 tbsp schezuan sauce
3 cups cooked chinese rice
1 1/2 tbsp oil
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/4 cu capsicum
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup beans
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
salt to taste for The Garnish
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greensHeat the oil in a deep non-stick pan add the garlic and ginger and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.Add the spring onions, capsicum, carrot and beans and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.Add the schezuan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally..Add the chinese rice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes..Serve immediately garnished with

spring onion greens....
