Semiya carrot kesari

Boil carrot separately (I hv taken 2 big ones) and grind to a paste . Fry semiya in ghee till golden brown and pour water as per requirement . After semiya gets cooked put sugar , carrot paste, cardamom powder and few tbsp of ghee. Let the sugar dissolves and everything will come in to a proper consistency . Switch off fmale add the nuts.
