Whole wheat-Milk-Banana cake

Whole wheat flour 1 and 1/2 cup,
milk -3/4 plus 1/4 cups
banana -2 nos konjam small size
sugar 1/2 cup
oil 1/2 cup
chinnamon powder 1tsp
salt 1/4tsp
baking powder 1tblsp
baking soda 1/2tsp
Sift lour,BP,chinnamon powder and salt together in large mixing bowl.Grind banana,3/4 cupmilk,oil,sugar together into a smooth puree.Add baking soda to the above.Mix once and allow to stand for 5mts.preheat the oven(i use OTG) at 180c for 10mts.Now add the flour mixture into the ground puree and mix well until no lumps are left.NOW add 1/4 cup milk and mix gentely till you get even consistancy.pour it into a greased pan.Bake it in a preheated oven at 180c for 30mts.Unmould after 10mts.loosen the edges.turn upside down.cut after it cools completely.(yennoda kutty son avasarapaatathala quick a cut panni(before cooling)shape sariya varalai.
