Shahi tukra

 Boil some milk till it thickens(or can use condensed milk). Add elaichi powder, cut cashews, badams, pistas, etc & keep aside. Remove corners of bread & cut into triangles. Apply ghee on both sides and toast crisp(if u r more adventurous, fry it in ghee; tastes heavenly!) Boil 1/3 cup sugar in water till it dissolves completely. Dip the bread in it & keep aside. While serving, pour the thickened milk on bread & garnish with nuts.
