Capsicum rice with raita

Cook basmati rice separately. Saute in oil g.chillies, ginger, onions, capsicum(can use coloured ones too), carrot, all cut thinly lengthwise). Add pepper powder, mixed herbs, a tbsp of tomato sauce, salt and cook. The veggies should be crunchy. Add the rice, mix & serve hot.
