Bread dhokla

.Remove the corners of the bread
.grind mint, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies into a smooth paste.i hav used only coriander leaves since i had only that in my hand.
.take thick curd in a bowl and add the grinded paste, lemon juice (optional) and salt and mix well.
.add little gram flour (its just for taste.may be 1 tbsp for 10 slices) and little water (if needed) and mix well without any lumps.make sure not to add too much water.if its too watery add little more besan flour.otherwise bread will become too soggy.
.coat both the sides bread with this curd batter and make it like a sandwich.now coat the sides as well.
.let it sit for 10 to 15 mins.cut them into pieces slowly.
.toast it in dosa tawa with either oil or butter.keep the tawa in medium flame.
.serve the yummy hot bread dhokla with sauce..
