YELLOW PUMPKIN DOSAI







  • Soak both the boiled 200 GM and raw rice 200 GMfor 4 hours.
  • Peel the pumpkin HALF KG and cut into small pieces. Grind the pumpkin pieces.
  • Then add the soaked rice along with the pumpkin pieces and mix. Add salt to taste.
  • Heat a pan, pour some oil and cook on both sides. Serve.
