whole wheat jingle bell christmas cake

1 1/2cup(200g) wheat flour

1/2tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp nutmeg power
1cup (240ml) butter milk at room temperature
1/2 cup(113g) unsalted butter melted and cooled to room temperature
1/2tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup(150g) brown sugar
2cup(300g) dry fruits

Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 degree c
In a bowl whisk the flour with the salt, baking soda, and ground spices.Add the dried fruits and toss to coat all the fruits.

In another bowl, whisk together the butter milk,melted butter, vanilla extract and sugar.
Stir the butter milk mixture in to the dry ingredients,m mixing well.
Immediately pour in to the pan.
Bake in to preheated oven for about 50-60min or until the cake golden brown.
