Kaju tomato recipe

 Make a paste of onions, g.chillies, ginger garlic & keep. Then grind some tomatoes along with a few cashews. Sauté in butter some cashews & keep aside for garnishing. In the same butter, sauté jeera, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf. Add onion paste & cook. Add turmeric, chilly powder, dhaniya powder. Add tomato paste, required salt and cook. Lastly add a big tbsp of cream along with kasuri methi & coriander leaves. Garnish with fried cashews.
