Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves. When it splutters, add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste. Suate well. Add finely chopped capsicum, tomatoes and mashed potatoes. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, and pav bhaji masala along with salt. Add required amount of water and close the lid. When it starts boiling, switch off the gas. Separately, add butter in a tawa, add a laddle of bhaji and place the sliced pav buns. It should not be cut fully and should be placed like a butterfly. When it is nicely coated, remove and serve with some more bhaji and coriander leaves.
