THAMBLI

First keep a kadai and little oil and oil heats add a lavish tsp of jeera and when it is roasted add 2 slited green chillies and the manathakali
keerai and fry all these and lastly add grated coconut to this and switch off the flame. When it is cool grind it to a smooth paste. Transfer this paste to a bowl and add thick curd to this and mix well and add salt. Finally season it with mustard seeds,jeera,red chilli,curry leaves and grated ginger in ghee.
