CHINNA VENGAYA SADAM

cook rice and keep aside...dry roast dhaniya,channa dal,urad dal,ellu,pepper,red chillies acc to karam and curry leaves..grindvthem with raw jeera and makena coarse powder..now take a handful of chopped small onions,1 big onion,grate carrots( just for color)..in a kadai put g.oil then add mustard,u.dal,c.dal,curry leaves,add small onion sauté very well and then add grated carrot,salt,haldi the grounded powder mix well and add rice..garnish with fresh curry leaves:)
