raw banana [nendrakkay] thol.thogayal

First in a small pan pour little oil nd add 1/4 teaspoon of kaduku, 3teaspoons of Uzhunthu parippu, then small piece of kaayam, then red chilly [as per ur taste], fry all together nd keep aside, then in the same pan add oil nd the raw banana thol cut into 1" pieces. After it is done add 3 tablespoon of coconut, a small piece ginger, little tamarind [ if anybody likes to add small onions you can add that too. But it is optional]. Then grind all together with little curry leaves nd coriander leaves with salt..no need to add water for grinding.. The taste is awesome....
