GUAVA CREAM



ver ripe Guavas 6..pulp and the outer covering separated and chopped and boiled in pressure cooker separately with one clove.
Cream or malai of milk taken out for about a week.
Sugar half cup or little more..powdered
Method
Grind the cooked pulp of the guava and seive it. Add powdered sugar and mix it well. Add cream and mix it well. Add the chopped and boiled pieces of guava and chill it. Yum yum it's done.
