Hung curd open toast


Bread slices 5 to 6
Butter
Chopped spring onion 
Chopped capsicum 
Chopped bajji menasinakai 
Black Olives cut
Onion cut into roundels
Grated cheese
Olive oil 2 sp

For spread
Hung curd half cup
Fresh paneer half cup
Chilli flakes 
Italian seasoning 
Salt

Method 
Mix all the ingredients of the spread. Apply butter on the bread slices and spread the dahi mixture and all the veggies and cheese. Drizzle little olive oil and bake in a pre heated oven for 9 minutes at 180 degree centigrade. 
Enjoy as it is or with sauce.
