kola urundai

Mixed veg two cups. I used cabbage carrot beans and capsicum. All finely shredded or chopped.
One cup wheat flour, quarter cup corn flour, quarter cup rice flour, two spoons maida. One spoon omam(ajwain), salt as requies, 
finely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic and green chillies and coriander leaves. That's all. Mix all with water to pakoda texture. Then water thottu thottu urutti poda vendiyathu thaan.

Healthy ah venumna u can add ragi flour.
