THATTAI

Ready made rice flour 2cups.
Half cup pottu kadalae and one handful curry leaves.(coarsely grind in mixi.)
Half cup groundnut coarsely grind in mixi.(fry and remove the skin.it will be available in pori kadai.)
2tsps white til.
2tsps ghee.
2tspschillipowder
Hing and salt
Mix everything and add enough water to make a stiff dough.(getting yaga.)thick aga thatvum.
Melisa thata varadu.fry as usual.


2tsps chilli powder.
Hing
Salt.
