Phalahari kadai paneer

Paneer cubes 1 cup Soaked in warm water
Tomato puree 3/4 cup
Chopped tomato 1
Sugar 1 sp
Salt to taste
Ginger paste
Green chillies slit 2
Ghee 2 sp
Dry roast and powder
Cumin seeds 1 sp
Pepper 1sp
Cloves 3
Elachi 3
Cinnamon 1 small piece
Method
Heat ghee. Add ginger paste and saute.addthe tomato puree and saute. Add water and paneer, half quantity of powder, slit green chillies, salt. Boil and simmer for sometime. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer till it reaches gravy consistency. Garnish it with the powder.
