Green gram dal 3/4 cup
Urid dal 2 tbspn
Raw rice 2 tbspn

Ghee 4 tbspns
Jaggery 3/4 cup

Method:
Roast green gram,urid dal and raw rice separately in a kadai until they turn slight brown
By the time take a vessel add grated jaggery and add little water, cook till the jaggery melts
Turn off the stove
Ground the roasted green gram dal,urid dal and raw rice together in a mixie
Seive it
Take a kadai,add a tbspn of ghee and roast the seived kummayam powder till you get fine flavour out of it
Now add the jaggery syrup to it
Cook till it thickens and comes out without sticking
Add the remaining ghee and mix well
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the kummayam
Let it cool
