Vazhatandu morre.

Vazhatandu
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Mint leaves- 1 bunch
Ginger
Green chili - 1 or 2 (as per your requirement)
Salt for taste
Cut the thandu and take out the narru and put all the ingredients in the blender along with little water and morre and blend nicely. Then put in the sieve and extract only the
Liquid. In the last add morre and water as per your requirement and quantity.
Morre is ready......




 Very good for constipation. Reduces d cholesterol
