Vendhaya Keerai kottu

For grinding
Urad dal 1spoon 

Red chilli 2no
Pepper&jeera 1spoon
Add little oil roast urad dal, redchilli,pepper,jeera
1/2cup coconut ,grind smooth paste
Method
Wash keerai,chop it finely add water,keerai &turmaric powder.
Cook well.
Add cooked toor dal or moong dal,coconut paste.
Add salt mix well.
If u want add 1/2spoon sambar powder.
Heat oil add mustard seed splutters add urad dal and one red chilli ,when urad dal turn golden brown add seasoning to keerai.
