boil in pressure cooker 2 to 3 whistles gooseberry remove seeds grind with little tamarind. Heat Kadai, oil, kadugu, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, hing pour grounded paste add salt. In this thokku we should use generously all ingredients except gooseberry. Keep on stirring in between. When oil ooze out switch off. Nellikai thokku ready
