PAL PAYASAM

Whole fat milk2 lts
Sugar 2- cups 

Kerala red raw rice - 1 hand full
Clean & Soak the rice for 2 Hours in milk & water
Cook the rice in uruli along with water& milk in 1:1 ratio stirring it occasionally till it get cooked
Add the remaining milk & let it cook in low flame till it reaches it's half.
Add sugar. Payasam gets thinner. So let it be in on position for another 15 min.
That's all. Naturally it reaches the pink colour as we get in the temple.
How many have tasted this temple' payasam.
We have to pre book it. Otherwise we won't be getting.
