HEALTHY DOSA FOR RUNNERS AND YOUNGSTERS

One big bowl rice(raw or boiled,or kuthiraivali rice.i used idli rice).1/4 bowl kambu,1/4 bowl ragi,1/4 bowl solam,1/4 bowl gothumai.Wash clean and dry in sun light for 2 or 3days.Grind it in machine.Now our dosa flour is ready.As and when required take required flour thaluchufy with kaduhu,jeera,g.chilli,curry leaf,hing,.Add grated carrot,chopped onoin,mix well add butter milk(for pulipukku),water and salt.YES now our dosa batter is ready.prepare dosa like karaicha dosa
