AVAL (POHA) VADA

SOAK AVAL IN SOME WATER TILL IT ABSORBS IT COMPLETELY .THEN MASH IT.ADD 3 TSO RICE FLOUR LITTLE RAVA. ADD ONIONS , GREEN CHILLIES GINGER, CHILLY POWDER, SALT CURRY AND CORIANDER LEAVES AND LEMON JUICE.. MIX ALL TOGETHER NICELY IF NECESSARY SPRINKLE LITTLE WATER .. MAKE VADAS AND DEEP FRY YUMMY AVAL POHA VAD READY CRISPY OUTSIDE SOFT INSDIE
