Thalaga kuzhambu

Cut veggies into cubes. I have taken white pumpkin, parangikkai, carrot, beans, alu, avarakkai, green peas. Actually thiruvadhiraikku 7 or 9 veggies nu kanakku irukkum. U can add mochakkai also.
Dry roast 2 spoons dhaniya, 2 spoons tuvar dal, 1 spoon 
arisi, 7-8 red chillies(as per ur taste) n grind with one small bowl of grated coconut. Dry fry 2 spoons of white til n powder it separately. Extract puli water from a small lemon sized tamarind.
Now in a kadai add gingely oil. Add mustard seeds n after it splutters add karuvepillai. Add veggies n slightly saute. Now add the tamarind extract, add salt n haldi. Let the veggies get cooked. Now add the coconut masala paste to it. Let it cook for 3-4 mins. Keep stirring
Finally add the til powder n boil for 2 mins only. Switch off. That's all
