IDLI PATTICE

1. Take a pan, add oil to it.
2. Add grated carrot,potato , green peas, onion
3. Fry it.add salt, chilly powder and garam masala powder to it.. allow it to cook for few minutes
4. Crumble the idlli well and mix with the mixture in the pan
5. Mix well..
6. Make patties of ur desired shape
7.Take a pan, heat the patties on both sides till it becomes golden brown
Kumbakonam kadappa
1.Take ¼ moong dhal,chopped carrot, potato and green peas.. pressure cook it
2.Pour oil in a pan, add little cinnamon,cloves,green chillies, chopped tomato, fry it for few minutes
3.add some water and add the cooked moongdhal vegetable mixture to the pan
4. stir it well
5.squeeze ½ lemon over it.
6. Grind fennel seed, 11/2 spoon poppy seeds, cashews -6, green chilli, grated coconut -2 tbsp to a fine paste and add it to the pan
7. Mix well…
