1.Soak 1 tumbler pacha arisi for half an hour and grind it to a dosa batter consistency.
2. Add pinch of salt and coconut oil (you may use nalla ennai also if u don't like coconut oil)and mix it and keep it aside
3. Make poornam the same way like kozhakattai poornam. You may add boiled finely chopped jackfruit pieces. Take vellam little more than for usual poornam as you are adding jackfruit pieces
4. If you have readymade chakravarti( jackfruit paste made using jaggery), you may add directly the coconut to it. No need to add vellam as it is already there in the chakka varati. Add elaichi and little ghee(same like kozhakattai poornam)
5. In a Ripe banana leaf, pour one karandi batter, spread like dosai and add poornam and fold the leaf.
Note: if you don't have Ripe banana leaf, you may wash fresh leaf and Ripe them manually by showing on the gas stove. If has to be ripe, else the leaf would get torn while folding.
6. Arrange the adai in the idli plate and steam it for 20 mins.
