Phataphat Aloo chutney



Boil and smash the potatoes with hands. I took 2aloos.
Then add water with aloos and make like paste as per the pics consistency with that add haldi chillypowder n salt.keep aside. Now heat a pain put oil (oil konjam jasti as aloo absorbs oil)add musta
rd seeds after it splutters add ginger garlic paste and saute for few mnts then add this paste and cook until the oil oozes . neraya oil vitta thokku madri nalla varum I have used kammi oil. Finally squeeze lemon after switching off the gas . garnish with coriander leaves
