Yummy sabudana fry

In a open pan , add 2 to 3 tbs spoon oil, wait until the oil becomes very hot.
Add the dry sabudana n shallow fry.. It will start puffing. Once all done, remove from pan n put it n tissue fry oil drying.. Add salt and pepper or salt n chilli powder for flavour.. I added salt, chilli powder n lil garam masala.. If oil gets dried add lil while frying..
