NANNARI SYRUP

Take 1/4 kg of nannari sticks.Wash clean very well.Soak it in pure water for minimum 12 hours.(appox.more than half LT water).After 12hours boil(with the eame soaked water) it for minimum 20mts medium flame( in induction top at 400).Switch off.Keep it closed for minimum 3 to 4 hours.Athukulla make jaggery syrup.Take 1/2 kg jaggery. Dissolve in water.Boil it for few mts.Filter it.Again boil it for 15mts until raw smell of vellam goes.Swith off.Allow to cool.Now filter the nannari water.Mix jaggery water and nannari water.Add little elachi powder(optional).Now add lemon juice(Oru 15 to 20 nos lemon ooda juice).Mix well.Now our nannari syrup is ready.As and when required take only 1/4 glass of this syrup add 3/4 glass water.mix well and enjoy(If you need you can add jaggery powder at the time of drinking juice)
