In Nallanai sauté abt 2-3 red chillies. Remove the chillies the add small onions nicely sauté them. Grind them. Meanwhile add oil then add kadugu and ulathamparrupu then add finely chopped onions, turmeric powder salt. After that add finely chopped tomatoes and chilly powder. Add water wen cooked add the ground onion redchilly paste . Allow it boil for few mins then add vellam (optional)
