Urad dal & curry leaves rice
Dry fry a handful of u.dal, some pepper, curry leaves, grated copra; grind these with salt & keep. In oil, saute mustard, jeera, peanuts. Add the powder & cooked rice. Mix well & switch off. Can also garnish with crushed papads, missed to do that.
