home made puri for pani puri

. I added Maida, wheat flour, suji ( 3:1:2) added salt and 2 tbsp of oil and mixed like crumb. Then added water and made a stiff dough. Allowed to rest for 10 mins and made pooris and left it on a paper for 5 mins. Then fried. Really came out super crisp.
