Paneer rolls vada



Mashed paneer 1 cup
Chopped capsicum half cup
Chopped onion one cup
Bread dipped in water and mashed
Corn flour 2 sp
Maida 1sp
Green chillies paste half sp
Red chilli powder half sp
Garam masala half sp
Salt to taste
Chiroti rava 3 sp For coating
Oil for deep frying
Method
Heat 1 sp of oil. Add onion and saute. Add capsicum and saute. Add green chillies paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt. Take it off the flame. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well to form a dough. Make small balls and shape into to elongated rolls. Roll this over chiroti rava and keep it in freezer for half an hour. Deep fry till golden brown.
