8 bread slices
½ cup sooji / bombay rava / semolina
2 tbsp rice flour

Method:
take 8 bread slices and cut the edges(if required I used the sides also).
crumble the bread slices well with you hand. make sure there are no big pieces of bread.now add half cup sooji (rava / semolina), 2 tbsp rice flour, ¼ cup curd, ¼ cup water and some salt to taste.
Mix them well and allow to soak for 20-30 minutes.now take the soaked ingredients in a blender and blend to smooth dosa batter consistency. add water if required.heat the griddle. smear some water over the tawa and wipe off with a tissue paper.sprinkle some oil and wipe off with a tissue. (do not add oil if using non-stick pan)once the tawa is hot; pour a ladleful of batter and spread out in a circular motion.add some oil on top of the dosa cook them covered for a minute.cook for 15-30 seconds or till it turns golden brown and crisp.Serve dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
