Indian milk cake ( kalakand )without ghee using organic milk

I used 1 litre milk... Milk a kadai la eduthukanum.. Let it boil.. pongarapo start stirring for 3-4 minutes.. Aparam squeeze11/2 lemon ( juice from 3 halves lemon) over it.. stir again for 6-7 minutes.. water thaniya separate agum... antha extra water lam mattum remove it from the mixture, so that seekarama cake aidum.. thiripiyum stir panidae irukanum for again 8-9 minutes, add cardamom powder and sugar as per your requirement,meethi irukara water lam evaporate aagi, we will get milk sweet in semi solid state.. stir it to make it rigid. apram switch off the stove and take the milk cake in the plate... As much you can , make it as a big square by adjusting all the four sides.. allow it to settle at room temperature for atleast an hour.. Then cut it into pieces
