4 or (2)cups raw rice , soak for 1-2 hrs

METHOD
mix into thick batter . Spread as things possible on a hot griddle . Make a small hole in the center . Put a little oil in this and around the dhodak . . Close with a lid and cook on medium heat . Once crisp , flip and cook on other side .
Enjoy with a dollop of butter and Molgai podi . Or any other condiment . .
